Sean Proctor
Sean Proctor’s passion for real estate began when he was a child. He and his mother found themselves moving often, giving him exposure to a variety of homes and creating a fascination with the entire process at an early age. Now, Sean finds himself living out those memories every day as a real estate broker. With a bachelor’s degree from Chapman University, 18 years of real estate experience, and a background in appraisals, Sean provides his clients with a unique and expert perspective on the market.
As a broker, Sean’s primary goal is to make sure his buyers are thrilled with their new purchases and that his sellers get top dollar. The cornerstone of his work is building and maintaining deep relationships with his clients through honest and frequent communication. Whether it be via calls, texts, or emails, Sean makes himself accessible any time during the day. Due to this presence and availability, many of Sean’s client relationships have grown into long-term friendships.
Sean spends his free time playing tennis, going on adventures with his family, strumming his guitar, and riding his Peloton. His greatest inspirations are his wife Amanda and his adorable little boys, Wesley Jack & Preston Wells
“Whether you’re buying your first place, selling to move up, or looking for a value-add opportunity, my job is simple: Make Real Estate fun and protect your assets.”— Sean Proctor

What We Found Works Best
Simple Step by Step Process. High standards. Expert Advice.
1) Clarity First
We get brutally clear on your goals, constraints, and risk tolerance. If the plan isn’t clear, the outcome won’t be either.
2) Strategy + Execution
Offer or listing strategy is built on what actually works in your neighborhood — and backed by strong coordination to keep things moving.
3) Protect the Downside
Inspections, negotiations, and repair decisions are handled with a construction lens — so you don’t “discover” problems after you own them.
